New Nurse for Balmoral

We are delighted to welcome our new Wellness Director Michele Percy to the Balmoral family!  Michele is a senior RN with a load of experience and a passion for caring for the residents.

Michele has lived and worked in Highlands County her whole life and already has many friends at Balmoral.  Leaving hospice work behind after a lifetime of working in that environment was a tough decision said Michele but one that she has no regrets about.   I always wondered what it would be like to work in an Assisted Living Facility and get to really become part of a team working in a very much family oriented environment she said, and when I heard that the best ALF in Highlands County was looking for a wellness director, it was really just a matter of when I would join and not "if".
