At Balmoral we can offer a choice of independent living accommodation to suit your lifestyle. Our community includes self-contained townhomes, en-suite studios and junior suites with kitchens. Our independent residents are free to choose to dine with our other residents and to take part in the many activities we have to offer.  The emphasis is on giving you the choice to be very much part of our community, but to live as independently within it as you wish. 

Townhomes

Whether you are looking to retreat to a warmer climate for the winter months, or perhaps you are ready to downsize your family home, we have beautifully appointed townhomes for sale within our community. As an owner of one of our townhomes, you have automatic access to the swimming pool, shuffleboard, cable TV and the dock at Lake Huntley. All townhouse residents are very welcome to use the amenities offered by Balmoral (a small charge may apply). So, if you would like to dine in our restaurant, or join in with any of our daily activities or special events, you are more than welcome to do so. The choice is yours!

Balmoral studio rooms

Each studio room has en-suite shower room, satellite TV with access to 51 channels and an individual air conditioning control unit. Our guests are free to bring their own furniture and personal belongings with them in order to make their room as homely as possible.  Alternatively, if you wish, we can help you furnish your room to suit your budget.

Balmoral junior suites

Some of our residents prefer to live within Balmoral, but at the same time they choose to lead independent lives. Our junior suites differ from our studios in that they all have a kitchenette which includes a microwave and refrigerator. Residents may use the laundry facilities if they so wish. On the other hand, we are happy to do their laundry  for them. Our independent residents are free to choose to dine with our other residents and to take part in the many activities we have to offer. Again, it is all about lifestyle choices.
